Lighthouse is a media sharing and organization platform that allows users to upload, organize, and share photos and videos through public and private collections. Lighthouse is designed for intentional sharing and does not provide algorithmic feeds or content recommendations.

You retain ownership of all photos, videos, and other content you upload to Lighthouse ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant Lighthouse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You are responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to share it.
Lighthouse allows you to control whether collections are public or private. You acknowledge that public collections may be viewable by anyone, while private collections are only accessible to users you explicitly grant access to.

Lighthouse does not currently offer in-app tools for reporting content. If you believe content violates these Terms or applicable law, you may contact us directly at the email listed below.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Lighthouse does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lighthouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
